Final pricing, availability, and service details are confirmed directly between Red Shark Transport LLC and the customer before any work begins.
Dispatch Support Terms
Dispatch support services provided by Red Shark Transport LLC are administrative and operational support services for carriers and owner-operators. These services may include assistance with load searching, broker communication support, rate negotiation assistance, route planning support, and back-office organization.
Red Shark Transport LLC is not acting as a licensed freight broker in connection with dispatch support services unless separately disclosed and authorized in writing. All loads and bookings require carrier review and approval before commitment.
Dispatch support does not guarantee any specific load volume, revenue, rates, miles, or lanes. Results depend on market conditions, carrier equipment, availability, and individual carrier qualifications.
Owner-Operator Lease-On Inquiry Terms
Submitting an owner-operator lease-on inquiry through this website does not:
- Create a lease agreement of any kind
- Create an employment relationship or job offer
- Create a carrier agreement or operating authority relationship
- Create a dispatch services agreement
- Guarantee approval, review, or a response
Lease-on inquiries are reviewed case by case based on operational need, equipment type, driver qualifications, insurance and safety compliance, and overall operating fit. Red Shark Transport LLC is under no obligation to review, respond to, or approve any lease-on inquiry.
Any actual owner-operator lease-on arrangement requires a separate and complete qualification review, compliance verification, and a written agreement signed by both parties before any operating relationship begins. No operating relationship exists until a formal written agreement is executed.
