Freight Services Disclaimer

All freight quote requests submitted through this website are preliminary and are not binding commitments. Before any freight service is confirmed:

• The lane, equipment fit, timing, and load details must be reviewed
• A rate must be agreed upon directly between the parties
• Pickup and delivery details must be confirmed in writing or verbally

Red Shark Transport LLC does not guarantee:

• Service on any specific route, lane, or timeline
• Any specific rate or charge until confirmed directly
• Availability of equipment or capacity on any date
• On-time delivery where delays are caused by conditions outside our control, including weather, traffic, shipper or receiver delays, or road conditions

Red Shark Transport LLC primarily hauls Midwest lanes from the Central Ohio area. Other routes may be reviewed depending on load details, equipment fit, timing, and current operational availability. We do not accept every load or every lane.

Dispatch Support Disclaimer

Red Shark Transport LLC provides dispatch support services for carriers and owner-operators. These services are administrative and organizational in nature and may include:

• Load searching and opportunity identification
• Broker and shipper communication support
• Rate negotiation assistance
• Route planning support
• Paperwork organization and back-office support

Important: Red Shark Transport LLC is not acting as a licensed freight broker in connection with dispatch support services unless separately disclosed and authorized in a written agreement. Carriers retain full responsibility for reviewing, approving, and accepting any load before booking.

Dispatch support does not guarantee:

• Any specific number of loads per week or per month
• Any specific revenue, rate per mile, or gross earnings
• Any specific lane coverage or geographic availability
• Consistent freight availability in any market condition

Results depend on carrier equipment, authority, insurance status, market rates, available freight, and individual carrier qualifications.

Owner-Operator Lease-On Inquiry Disclaimer

Red Shark Transport LLC may periodically review owner-operator lease-on opportunities. This section describes the scope and limitations of that review process.

Submitting a lease-on inquiry through this website does not:

• Create a lease agreement, employment contract, or job offer
• Create a carrier agreement or establish any operating authority relationship
• Create a dispatch services agreement
• Guarantee review, approval, or any response from Red Shark Transport LLC

Lease-on opportunities, if available, are reviewed case by case. The following factors must be reviewed before any arrangement is discussed:

• Equipment type and trailer type and overall condition
• CDL or non-CDL license status and years of commercial driving experience
• Current operating authority status
• Active commercial motor vehicle insurance status and coverage levels
• Safety rating and compliance history
• Home base, preferred lanes, and operating area fit
• Overall operational fit with Red Shark Transport LLC requirements

Any actual lease-on arrangement requires a separate, complete qualification review and a written agreement signed by both parties. No lease, operating, employment, or carrier relationship exists until a formal written agreement is fully executed.

Dispatch support and lease-on are separate. Dispatch support is for carriers operating under their own authority who want load search, broker communication, and back-office assistance. Lease-on inquiry is for carriers who want to explore operating under Red Shark Transport LLC's authority. These are different services with different requirements and different legal relationships.
